Here is how you can express love to your child...SAY IT! First thing in the morning and the last thing at night.

Start by taking a time out. Take several slow deep breaths. Call a friend, neighbor or family member to talk it out. Rediscover your sense of humor. Laughter always helps.

Feel good about yourself as a parent.

Take care of yourself as well as your children. If you feel good, you will be a better parent to your children.
