What can teens do for each other that parents or other adults can't? Teens Helping Teens is a free weekly support group just for teens with facilitators who can provide guidance and insight to help when it sometimes feels like no one gets it. This group is a safe place where teens can find a bit of practical advice from someone their own age or simply explore ways to solve a stressful problem.

Teens will learn to make better decisions, gain new friends, feel better, improve communications with family and discuss tough topics.
